WHO IS ANSONYA BURKE?
I live Eikonic is a Faith Based leadership community designed to lead leaders. We understand that ministry can be difficult, oftentimes leaving you isolated, alone and stressed. I Live Eikonic provides a safe place to express your areas of suffering outside of your normal community through prayer, biblical encouragement, coaching while encouraging transparency and an opportunity to process questions you have concerning ministry. We operate through a concept of identifying the root of the cause as we believe that when you deal with the root, it will expose your why!
I live Eikonic takes place via Zoom and FB Rooms and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Our sessions of engagement provide opportunities to share through discussions while working towards your next steps in ministry.
Here are examples of what our sessions focus on:
1. You’re feeling burnt out in this ministry and could use some encouragement.
2. There is a disconnect with those you currently lead and you just need to be reminded that you’re not wasting your time.
3. You feel like giving up on ministry because the weight is too heavy.
4. You don’t feel supported in your role at the church or corporation and you could use some insight.
5. You’re unsure how to navigate a difficult situation involving your Pastor, Leader, at church or marketplace and you want to talk it out with someone.

This isn’t a place to gossip or speak poorly of others. While we ask for transparency, please know that this is not intended to be a group conversation that dishonors your church, ministry leaders, or leaders in your workplace.

WHO WILL LEAD I LIVE EIKONIC?
When you sign up, you will be connected to our Ministry Leaders and Life and Leadership Coaches who are experienced, seasoned Women Trainers and Ministers. These women are leaders who bring a wealth of knowledge and wisdom about leading, Pastoring, Entrepreneurship and ministry. They are passionate about serving and empowering you during this time!
